Privacy policy
ANYRON takes care of the personal information received through this website. This policy explains what data we process, why we use it, with whom it may be shared and what rights you have.
Data controller
The data controller is Zyron S.A.S., with its registered address at Andonaegui 2774, offices 3 and 6, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The contact channel for privacy and data protection matters is [email protected].
Scope
This policy applies to information collected through the ANYRON website, especially the demonstration request form and pages related to that request. It does not apply to third-party services opened from the website, which have their own policies.
Personal information collected
The form may receive your name, company, email address, phone number, business activity, estimated number of locations and comments. We also record the selected language, the date and version of consent, the request status and information needed to identify duplicate requests. When campaign parameters are received, we may associate the request with its source page, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and attribution date. To prevent abuse, a protected technical identifier derived from the IP address or email address is used; those values are not stored as readable values in the rate-limit records.
Purposes of processing
We process information to receive and answer inquiries, understand a company’s needs, arrange a demonstration, send a request confirmation, route the inquiry to the commercial team, prevent automated or abusive requests, maintain website security, detect duplicates and comply with legal obligations. Campaign attribution is used to understand the source of a request when applicable.
Demonstration requests
Requesting a demonstration does not subscribe you to promotions. To submit the form, you must agree to the processing needed to manage that request. The information may generate an internal notification and a confirmation email to the address provided. These messages are needed to manage the request and are not advertising communications by themselves.
Optional commercial communications
The checkbox for receiving ANYRON news, promotions and commercial information is optional, unchecked by default and does not condition the demonstration request. We record a commercial preference only after an express acceptance. You may withdraw that permission at any time through the unsubscribe mechanism included in promotional communications or by writing to [email protected].
Consent and withdrawal
Consent to manage a demonstration and consent to commercial communications are separate decisions. Withdrawing commercial consent does not affect communications needed to answer or manage an existing request. A new express acceptance may authorize commercial communications again.
Cookies and commercial attribution
The website uses a language cookie called language, which remembers your preference for approximately one year. The anyron_session session cookie maintains the session needed to protect forms and show confirmations, and lasts until the session ends. If you expressly accept commercial attribution, anyron_attribution_consent remembers that choice for one year and anyron_attribution may retain the source of a visit for approximately 90 days. The attribution cookie uses only utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign, together with the source page and date. If you do not accept, that attribution cookie is not created.
External services used
The website uses hosting, database and email services to operate the form and send notifications. It also loads Bootstrap, icons and the Inter font from jsDelivr, cdnjs and Google Fonts. The demonstration page may use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse when enabled. If you choose to open WhatsApp, you connect to that service. These services may receive technical connection data and, in the case of hosting, database and email services, the information needed to provide their service. The CDN resources are not deliberately sent the form fields by the application.
Data retention
Commercial requests are retained for up to 24 months from the last recorded commercial interaction. Technical records related to notification delivery are retained for up to 30 days after completion. Records used to prevent form abuse are retained for up to 7 days. Technical operating records are retained for up to 30 days. Different periods may apply when necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve claims, exercise rights or protect security. External providers may apply their own retention periods.
Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect information, including input validation, protection against forged requests, abuse limits, anti-automation controls when enabled, encrypted connections to services that support them and restricted access to information. No system connected to the Internet can guarantee absolute security.
Data subject rights
Under Argentina’s Law 25.326, you may request access to your personal data. The response must be provided within 10 calendar days after the request is received. Access is free at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated. You may also request correction, updating or deletion where applicable; these measures must be carried out within a maximum of 5 business days. You may withdraw consent to receive commercial communications at any time.
How to make a request
To exercise your rights, write to [email protected] and indicate whether you are requesting access, correction, updating, deletion or withdrawal of commercial consent and, if possible, the email address used or the context of your interaction with ANYRON. To protect personal data, we may request reasonable information to verify the requester’s identity; photographs of an identity document or other sensitive documentation are not a general requirement. If you do not receive a response within the applicable legal period, or consider the response insufficient, you may file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority under Law 25.326, without prejudice to any other available legal action. No special form is required.
Transfers and providers
To provide the service, form data and related records may be stored on Vultr infrastructure located in New York, United States. PostgreSQL runs on that same server. Email notifications are handled through DonWeb SMTP, which may receive the information needed to deliver those messages. These operations involve international transfers or access and may be subject to differences between Argentine law and the laws of the places where providers operate, including possible access by authorities. This policy does not claim that specific transfer agreements or equivalent safeguards exist where they have not been verified.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, processing activities or applicable law. We will publish the current version on this page and state its effective date. If a change requires a new decision from you, we will request the relevant consent.
